Membership Application Fee

1. Complete this application and submit it with $195.88 application fee.
2. You will be contacted for an interview by a club director
3. Your name will be placed in the club Newsletter for Membership review
4. You will be contacted to attend a safety class and be issued a club ID card

The one-time Application fee of $195.88 is for processing your membership application. Our membership is a yearly fee of $127.80, your 1st year maybe pro-rated depending on when you go through a new member’s class.
